Pastors everywhere are asking an increasingly urgent question:

How can we help children and young people develop a resilient faith in Jesus Christ that will endure into adulthood and throughout their lives?

Churches have invested faithfully in children's ministries, youth programmes, curriculum, events, and dedicated leaders. These ministries matter and have blessed countless young people. Yet programmes alone were never designed to carry the whole responsibility of discipleship.

God's vision is bigger.

Throughout Scripture, we see faith being formed and passed on through families, the church, relationships between generations, everyday life, and participation in God's mission.

The Generationally Awakened Pastor (GAP) Community exists to help pastors rediscover and cultivate that bigger vision.

GAP is not another programme to add to an already full church calendar. It is a guided community and pathway for pastors who want to develop a healthy, holistic ecosystem of generational discipleship in which the home, church, and wider community work together to form lifelong disciples of Jesus.

A Clear Path Forward

Every church is different. GAP does not offer a rigid formula or expect every congregation to move at the same pace.

Instead, pastors are guided through seven interconnected dimensions:

Together, these dimensions help church leaders identify where they are already strong, recognise opportunities for growth, and prayerfully determine their next faithful steps.

You Don't Walk the Journey Alone

GAP is a community.

Pastoral leadership can sometimes feel lonely, particularly when you are wrestling with questions for which there are no simple answers. GAP provides a welcoming environment where pastors can learn together, ask honest questions, share experiences, and encourage one another without pressure to participate or reveal more than they wish.

Members receive a foundational training course, monthly video teaching, live Q&A conversations, practical tools and carefully curated resources, weekly encouragement, access to previous training and resources, and connection with a growing community of pastors.

The goal is not to give you more content to consume.

The goal is transformation

Imagine parents becoming increasingly confident in discipling their children. Imagine children and teenagers growing up surrounded by adults of different generations who know them, pray for them, and encourage their gifts. Imagine families learning to pray, serve, and participate in God's mission together.

And imagine your church gradually moving from a collection of excellent programmes toward a culture of discipleship in which the whole church helps form the next generation.

That kind of change does not happen overnight.

It grows through prayer, biblical conviction, intentional leadership, healthy relationships, and faithful steps taken over time.
