The Generationally Awakened Pastor

For pastors watching children raised in their churches grow up and walk away from the faith...

You Can't Program The Next Generation to Effective Discipleship.

gap logo 400

The discipleship crisis in your church runs deeper than any program can reach, because knowledge passed down in a classroom was never designed to form an enduring resilient faith. The Generationally Awakened Pastor (GAP) Membership gives you a guided multi-dimensioned path, a community of pastors who understand the weight, and a way to move your church from programs that inform to discipleship that transforms.

You Care, and You've Tried Everything, But It Still Isn't Working

For a growing number of faithful pastors, the weight feels the same. The programs are running, the team is dedicated, and still the fruit you long to see is not there.

  • Young people graduate your programs with real Bible knowledge and little or no personal ownership of their faith, and by the time they reach college or university, they cannot say why they believe what they believe.
  • Your families have handed the work of discipleship to the church, showing up and dropping off, trusting the programs to do what only lived faith at home can do.
  • The spiritual accountability you carry before God for these families is heavier than you let anyone see.
  • You don't feel safe naming any of this to other pastors, because admitting your church is struggling feels like admitting you have failed.

As few as one in ten young people raised in Christian homes reach adulthood with a resilient, enduring faith*. That is not happening because pastors stopped caring. It is happening because the inherited model asks Sunday programs to carry a weight that only the whole church, parents included, was ever meant to bear.

There's a Way Through, and You Don't Walk It Alone

Programs teach Bible content, and Bible content matters. What they cannot do on their own is move that knowledge into a child's heart, or restore parents to the discipling role that is theirs to carry. Children can attend every Sunday school class, every youth night, every VBS week, and still reach adulthood without knowing their part in the bigger story God is telling and personally walking and growing with Christ in daily intimacy.

The Generationally Awakened Pastor Membership is built on a different premise. Rather than handing you one more program to add to the calendar, it gives you a guided process to reshape your church's overall orientation toward cultivating a healthy and holistic intergenerational discipleship ecosystem, one clear dimension at a time.

A seven-dimension path that shows you where your church stands and where it is being called. From foundational assessment through vision casting, family equipping, legacy thinking, intergenerational mentoring, and community outreach, each dimension builds on the others and gives you visible markers of progress in each. Whatever theme is current, you can apply it to the dimensions your church is working through, so you always know what you are aiming for and can see when you are getting there.

A community of pastors carrying the same weight, without judgment. The isolation around this struggle is real, and most pastoral networks are not places you can honestly name what is not working. This one is. It is a searchable circle of peers who understand, who are working through the same questions, and who share what is bearing fruit in their own churches. Some are further along the path. All of them have stood where you stand now.

Forty years of global ministry behind every call and resource. What the membership delivers has been tested in churches across many regions and cultures, shaped by close partnership with practitioners who have seen real transformation in the communities they serve. You are drawing on a lifetime of learning what forms lasting faith and what does not.

When these are in place together, something shifts. The pastor who felt alone in this begins to feel accompanied. The church that was running programs becomes a community that disciples together. Families who were stepping back begin to take up their part again. The change does not arrive overnight, but it does arrive, and you have a clear path to walk as it unfolds.

What You'll Have Behind You, Every Month

Immediate access to a six-part foundation course. Drawn from training developed with the Global Children's Forum Family Ministry team and various ministry partners, this series gives you and your team the clearest possible grounding in what discipleship means and what family discipleship looks like in practice. It is the starting point for everything that follows.

A video training and a live Q&A call every month. A teaching presenting the month's theme and practical tools, supported by a Q&A call where you bring questions from your own church context, wherever you are on the seven-dimension path.

Monthly curated resources. For each theme you receive a set of downloadable guides, tools, and links, ready to hand straight to your church team and to parents, with no sourcing required.

Full access to the GAP community platform. A searchable member directory, a place to submit questions ahead of each Q&A call, a calendar of upcoming calls and resource releases, and a forum where pastors share what is working in their churches.

A weekly email with practical next steps tied to where you are on the journey.

Complete archive access from your first day. Every previous month's content, calls, and resources are open to you the moment you join. You step into the current theme alongside the community and move through earlier material at your own pace, with nothing gated or time-locked.

Year one themes include Generational Vision Foundation, Family Ministry Equipping, Special Needs Family Ministry, Legacy Building, Talking About Sex and Sexuality, Bible Equipping for Life, Adventures in Prayer, Media for Families, Safeguarding Children in Church and Home and Online, Families on Mission, AI in Family Ministry, and Reclaiming Our Prodigals.

A Clear Path From Where Your Church Is to Where God Is Calling It

Every church begins in a different place, and the path meets you where you are. These seven dimensions give you and your leadership team identifiable steps, so progress becomes something you can see rather than something you only hope for.

  1. Assessment and foundation. Take an honest measure of where your church stands, and ground your team in the foundational understanding of family discipleship.
  2. Vision casting. Shape a simple, shared vision the whole church can understand and see themselves within.
  3. Family ministry equipping. Give parents the models, tools, and rhythms to disciple their children through everyday family life.
  4. Family discipleship and legacy. Move from this season alone to a generational vision, the kind God set before Israel in Deuteronomy 6.
  5. Intergenerational mentoring. Draw the wider church family into nurturing each child's gifts, not the parents alone.
  6. Community family outreach. Carry the joy of God's family outward, into your neighborhoods and the families around you.
  7. Generational multiplication and legacy. See discipleship become self-sustaining, a culture your church carries forward for generations.

Whatever stage your church is in each of these dimensions, each month's teaching shows you how to apply that theme right where you are.

Join as a Founding Member

Founding membership is $30 per month, or $300 per year, which works out to ten months with two included at no additional charge. This a small seed investment your church is being asked to make.

When the GAP Membership opens to the wider public this autumn, the monthly rate rises to $40. As a founding member, your $30 rate holds for as long as you remain an active member. This is the only window in which that rate is available, and joining now also means helping shape the community in its earliest, most formative season.

What Pastors Say About Harry's Teaching

The paid membership is new, and its first testimonials are still being written by the founding members who join now. Here is what pastors already say about Harry's teaching and the vision behind The Generational Awakening platforms and content.

"It changed the way I preach, think, pray, and act."

"After much attention, my life has become so different than before. I understand many things I didn't know before. They have changed my way of preaching in my congregation, my thinking, my praying, and my acting. Hallelujah!"

Pastor Denis, Kenya

"A timely and much-needed resource for leaders feeling this weight."

"I resonate deeply with your observation about the current discipleship crisis, especially among the youth, and I believe many church leaders are feeling this weight. The platform you've developed sounds like a timely and much-needed resource."

Pastor Jahanzaib, Pakistan

"An inspiring commitment to raising resilient disciples, right when it is needed most."

"It is truly inspiring to hear about your commitment and the mission to strengthen faith across generations. I share your concern for the urgent need to nurture resilient disciples, as I see firsthand the challenges many young people face in finding purpose and faith."

Pastor Aaron, United States

In 2022 I launched The Generational Awakening, a free platform built to encourage, equip, and empower pastors, parents, and next-generation practitioners to raise children and youth as resilient disciples of Jesus.

I'm building the GAP Membership because free resources, however good, cannot give you a path, a community, or someone walking beside you while your church moves through something hard. After forty years of seeing what bears fruit and what does not, across churches in many regions and cultures, that is exactly what I want to offer you.

Before You Join

  • Isn't this just more content on top of an already full schedule? It is a fair concern. The GAP Membership is built to integrate with what you are already doing in your church rather than to sit on top of it. Each month's theme is practical and specific, and the resources are formatted to hand directly to your team and to parents. The core commitment is the monthly training and a Q&A live call which is recorded and available to watch later, and whatever time you choose to spend in the community. Everything adapts to your pace.
  • My church is smaller than 500 members. Is this for me? The principles apply whatever your church's size. The discipleship crisis does not respect attendance numbers, and the seven-dimension path meets a church of fifty as readily as a church of five hundred, or five thousand or more. If you feel the weight described here and want a clear process for addressing it, this is for you.
  • What if I join partway through the year and have missed earlier content? You have full access to the complete archive from your first day. If you sign up on a year plan, you will have 12 full months of membership access. You step into the current theme alongside everyone else and move through earlier months at whatever pace serves you. Nothing is gated or time-locked.
  • Is the founding member rate really permanent? As long as you remain an active member, your rate stays at $30 per month or $300 per year. The price rises to $40 per month when the membership opens publicly this autumn, and it does not rise retroactively for founding members.
  • What if I want more support than the membership offers? The membership carries you through the seven-dimension path at the community level. For pastors and leadership teams who want to move faster or go deeper, group coaching cohorts will be available as a next step, with details shared inside the community as they open.

Stop Carrying This Alone

The discipleship crisis in your church is real, and it is also reversible. Pastors who have the right path, the right community, and a guide who has walked this ground for four decades are watching their churches change, not overnight and not through another program, but through a genuine shift in how a whole church understands and lives out generational discipleship.

The founding member rate closes when the GAP Membership opens to the public this autumn. This is the only time it will be offered.

Step in now, and bring your church into a process that is already bearing fruit in communities across the globe, walk alongside peers who understand what you carry and a guide who has spent a lifetime learning what it takes. Soon, church families will already be thanking you for taking this step on their behalf!

Together for Christ and the next generation!

Richest blessings,

Harry
